如何设置计算机只和固定的IP地址通信.其他都屏蔽..

normally your computer only talks to your router's IP if you have one
if you don't have a local router, it will talk to the default gateway's IP your DHCP server gives you (cable case) or the IP on the other side of PPP (dsl case).
