电费正常吗？

改了收费方式了
By the end of 2011, all homes and small businesses across Ontario will be billed for electricity using Time-of-Use rates. With this new rate structure, the price of electricity varies depending on when it is used. There are three different rate periods:
以前是每月1000度以下一个电价，1000度以上另一个电价。。。等于变相涨电费。。。
On-peak (when demand for electricity is highest);
Mid-peak (when demand for electricity is moderate); and
Off-peak (when demand for electricity is lowest).

我家3人，洗碗机不用，DRYER不用，洗衣机周末用，一般尽量避过高峰用电，上个月120，以前100，已经不知道怎么省好了，觉得用电和人头完全没有关系
