The comments here aren't about being xenophobic, they are about right and wrong, and it's wrong to take the advantage of the Canadian system.

I welcome Chinese immigrate to Canada though legit route, at the same time I despite people who don't, because it tarnish the rest of us.

Isn't the ladder still there? Are we talking about people who want to come along the ladder or people who want to drill a hole under the boat and sneak in?

What is the outcome of the latter? The boat will sink.

I have nothing against people having their babies born here to gain citizenship. It has been happening in US for a long time.
I think what Immigration Canada is concerned with is some people in China are making it a business. A wholesale enterprise that would overwhelm the system here.
The lesson is: if you want to do it, come by yourself and come quietly.

套用一句话时髦的话，叫：＂虽然我不赞成她们生孩子的做法，但我支持她们的权利＂。富人也是人。

生孩子是她们的自由和权利；给不给她们发放入境签证、是否让她们入境是一个主权国家的自由和权利。

如同旅行自由是人权一样。你可以在你自己的国家随便游，到其他国家就得看你是否能拿到签证和是否放你入境了。
