Completely agree. Three types of letters will be sent to the people who may lose their jobs. The first letter will inform them that their jobs may be affected by the cut. The second letter is called Guarantee of Reasonable Job Offer. If a employee gets the second type of letter and he/she declines the offer, he/she will be lay off immediately. The third type of letter is called No Guarantee of Reasonable Job Offer. If people get this type of letter and if they can not find a new job during 120 days, they will lose their job immediately after 120 days.



The federal job cut does not take into account of employees' job performance. Therefore, it is correct to say that 有的不实在的懒人可能还留下来了,实在做事的人没准还走人了.
