非常讨厌乘飞机,又不得不飞。每次飞机下降时,耳朵都疼得受不了。下了飞机,就成了半个聋子,得用10天半月才慢慢恢复。有什么特效药???谢谢了。
 
嚼口香糖。

或者捏住鼻子,然后使劲儿从鼻子往外呼气。这是潜水时,平衡中耳与外界压力的办法。其实在 起飞爬高过程中就可以这样做。

Ear pressure equalization is usually accompanied by a popping/clicking/“poof” sound and a sensation of fullness in the ears. If this technique did not work for you, alternate methods used to equalize the ears when diving are listed below.

• Valsalva Maneuver Pinch your nostrils closed and blow gently through your nose.

• Frenzel Maneuver Preform a very gentle Valsalva maneuver by breathing against pinched nostrils and swallowing at the same time.

• Swallow or Wiggle Your Jaw While keeping the regulator in your mouth, swallow or wiggle your jaw.

有药卖的。非处方药,记不清药名了,好像是用于打开sinus,问问药店就知道了,管用。
 
如果你坐飞机是正感冒鼻塞,耳朵就会特别疼。以上方法都不好使。:(
所以要小心,旅行时最好别感冒。:)
 
专业做法,起飞不用吞咽或鼓气动作,因为你身体内压比外压大,耳膜是鼓出来的。下降时,就要捏鼻子鼓气,你能听到两边耳膜鼓出的声就可以了,过一段时间反复鼓气,就不会压耳朵了。Bon Voyage

以前和LZ有同样的毛病。不仅坐飞机难受,所有游乐场转的东西都不能坐。有一年去迪斯尼,好多东西都不敢玩儿。朋友说: 到迪斯尼不坐过山车,摩天轮你来干嘛。于是一咬牙,一跺脚,闭上眼睛,捏着鼻子,坐!几天下来,再坐飞机回OTTAWA,头也不疼了,耳也不鸣了,好了。 估计是脑袋里的某根筋被转平衡了。;););)
