中国使馆签证申请表如何在线输入中文

I have tried it for a while, both in the office and at home, but am still wondering how to input Chinese name in their on-line PDF visa application. Copy and paste doesn't work. Neither does direct input work. Any clues? It seems they don't accept applications with any hand-written characters.

OMG，Visa表比以前详细多了。原来只有两页，现在都要有4页。
