SENS didn’t play their best game last night with following mistakes:
1. SENS came out with an attitude that they can roll over the Devil. They underestimated Devil’s ability.
2. SENS forfeit their style of playing which is the defensive Hockey. Although; Redden’s injury had some impacts on the team as well.
3. SENS played lay back kind of hockey, which allowed Devils to make some good plays. SENS need to play some tight fore-checking, that is the only way to force Devils to make mistakes.
4. In terms of Goalies, SENS’ goalie, Lalime needs to turn one notch up to be competitive with Marty Brodeur. Again, Marty proved himself as the money goalie. When the team needs him at the most, he is there. I guess that is why he is the Olympic goalie for team Canada.
SENS need to play their kind of hockey and do what they do the best as during the regular season. The lost is not a bad thing at least SENS can look it as a wake up call and learn from the mistake.
AGAIN, GO SENS GO.
