the rest, especially IT, learning indeed is a life long process, just to stay employed, getting ahead is an afterthought.

If one gets into technology, I think they should aim for the fun of it instead of money.If money is an issue, they should learn finantial literacy that works in real life that can't be learned from school.

My point is instead of trying to decrease other people's income, I would rather increase my income (Not by begging at the job) and live frugally.

Do not complain. Canadian are typically overpaid compare to their US counterpart. That's all because the union workers support the overall labour market.
