这里不是中国。这里的公司里规矩不一样。如果你告诉他，他仍将继续；你告诉公司，如果公司不理，那就是大过了。一sue起来，那就惨了。



特别是他已经一而再、再二三，那就是harassment了。



如果我是老板得知此事，先警告他；再开除他如果他依然如故；因为这涉及到公司的运作和bottom line.

我比较怀疑你是如何处理同事关系的。如果什么事情都上纲上线的，你还能有多少朋友？很明显，楼主是不知道如何处理这件小事，这种事情都需要想你这样大非周章的话，那太失败了。
