办护照的地址是240 Spark St 吗？

一个表格是Adult Simplified Renewal，一个是Adult General Passport Application。村长，二个申请有什么要注意的地方吗？

那里写得很清楚。

不能满足Adult Simplified Renewal的条件，就用Adult General Passport Application。

我的护照去年 6 月就过期了：

To be eligible for Simplified Renewal:

you must have been at least 16 years of age at the time of your previous application;

your name on the application form is exactly as it appears on page 2 of the submitted passport;

you submit a previous Canadian passport that:
is a regular (blue) passport that was/is valid for five (5) years;
is not damaged;
was never reported lost or stolen; and
Either was issued to you in Canada (see issuing authority on page 2 of the passport) and is valid or expired for no more than one year;
Or, was issued to you outside of Canada (see issuing authority on page 2 of the passport) after April 30, 2006.

In the past few years, we went to the following office of Canada Passport and there were a huge line-up each time. It was time-consuming and slow.

I was told there is an office of Canada Passport in Gatineau and the line tends to be short. Today, I went there and there was only one person in front of me. Therefore, I would like to share this info with you so that you can utilize it.

The office in Gatineau is Gatineau (Hull) Commercial Level 2 Place du Centre 200 Promenade du Portage. Unfortunately, parking might be difficult around this area of government buildings and you are encouraged to take a bus (if it goes smoothly, your bus transfer might be still valid for your return trip).

How to get the office from Kanata by bus:
Eagleson Park & Ride to Place du Portage II

Here is the link to where you get off from the bus (valid transfer from Ottawa and to Ottawa if the bus transfer is still within the expiry time when you finish applying for passport(s) and where to get on bus for Ottawa (get off at LEBRETON and then take route 96 etc. back to Kanata).

搬到了885Meadowlands，在Shell加油站的后面。一幢5层高的楼，在一楼，一进门（meadowlands上的门）就能看到了
中午去的时候，排队的人挺多的，如果早点去可能会人少一些吧

是这样的。只是前门的停车位比较少，左边大片的停车位是给楼里的员工的，不要停那里，否则会有ticket。从Prince of Wales的Tim Horton路口进去的后门有很多免费停车位。
