神马软件开发？区别很大。60-100/小时都合理。
低于60的就表考虑了。

这里的短工大部分是政府的，都要招标。招标的规矩是满足要求的条件下，出价最低的赢。所以你要看所招工作的要求，出不同的价。如果要求是十年经验，你就是在同十年的人竞争，价格可以高一点。如果没有年限要求，你就忘记自己是十年经验的吧。这是按岗出价，而不是按人给价。你要是请一个水管工，没有道理就因为他有哈佛的文凭，你就多给钱，对吧。

60$/h = 12w了

The mutiplier=2 is normal, depends on the work and the client

This is only the salary part. If you need travel and other expenses, that is direct cost, no mutiplier is required for direct cost!

This is an estimation. You should estimate the cost of vacation and sick leave or other reasonable cost (there could be someway to estimate this part for cotract work).

CCC's estimate is ok! I believe asking 80-100$ is normal (and no overestimation at all)

每年公司给的各种benefits (vacation, sick leave, medial/dental insurance, ESPP, Group RRSP, performance bonus, etc.)加起来要按至少两万算。

通常来说，越专的软件开发越贵。像神马Java, .Net等rate都不可能太高。但是你要是搞SAS, Oracle BI, GIS, Siebel等软件开发那就能拿得多很多了。简单的供求关系。
