还有一条， 在小公司干过的人更容易找到下一份工作， 因为毕竟小公司多，招聘机会多， 而且小公司招人看经验时，更喜欢在小公司干过的。 小公司容易培养多面手， 大公司培养“螺丝钉” － 只在这个岗位有用， 换一点位置都不行。 在这个年代， 太专了就是对自己的限制了。

缺点： 小公司可能累。 一个萝卜一个坑。 大公司可能烦 － 人际关系，层次，限制，规矩。。。 。。。
