Though Paul MacLean is a vereran Hockey coach, he is a rookie NHL Head Coach as of Ottawa Senators.

Overall, Sens and McLean did an excellent job this season. Way to go!

There is salary cap in NHL, team can't just go out there buy as many star players as they wish, otherwise Toronto will have all the big name stars on their team.

Experience is the key factor when it comes to playoff hockey, play tough (not only fighting) in every game is even harder. That is why you usually see 2nd line or 3rd line players score big goals in the playoff. Because the grinders don't play fancy hockey, they only go to the net going for the garbage goals, and they are not scared of taking the beat on their bodies. This playoff is a real good lesson for all the youngsters on SENS roster to know how to play playoff style hockey. It will only get better for the SENS in the years to come.
