魅力中国的客服和实际服务差距大，说一套做一套，前一阵子跟I talk bb 两个中国人的公司不知什么原因干起来了，把我这个客户搅了进去，双方都要收我的违约金，无端浪费了我很多的精力，魅力中国说一套做一套，弄得我真的有点烦了。每次想到我还要为了几十块钱的事跟他们打电话，然后还要无尽的等待，我就感觉真的很悲催。北美崔哥。

如果主要看中国电视节目，最好用ADSL。 Cable（Rogers的线路）连接中国网络速度非常慢。

no wonder, I have a Huawei tv box and it is painful to watch program from china and I use rogers cable. The box has been thrown out of the window.
