是。只有整体出活,又没人抱怨,那就天下太平,manager也要享受生活啊。要批评人,裁人,也是很累很有压力的事哦。

问题的关键在于,如果有抱怨了,manager心里到底知道不知道是怎么回事。比如,LZ被打小报告了,manager看起来好像不知道是怎么回事。
 
那为什么中国人没两天就很清楚身边到底怎么回事,这个老外manager就需要一段时间呢?这样的话,就说明他是真傻了。

执行层的管理者需要的是团队有结果,大家都和谐,这样他好向上层汇报。
小吵小闹,没人要把事情闹大的话,他又何必进去滩混水呢?
你觉得憋气憋不行的话,可以辞职,很多时候都是为了争一口气和个人处事心态

你就认为一定要把所有争论都拉manager来开个会会比较合理吗?那开发部门的经理基本不用做其他事情了

咱们都不是幼儿园孩子,经理很多时候是希望同事之间能自己理清楚的,实在不行了,他们才会去管的,浪费周5下午打GOLF的时间来解决你们纠纷问题多痛苦啊

真的吗?中国人是很聪明,但是爱显摆浮夸的也很多的。

Doesn't mean to be rude or not respectful...I think you are not taking the right approach.

First, it is not your job to help him since you mentioned "his manager".
Second, teamwork is to help each other but not to mix up responsibilities.
Third, being negative will never win you anything.

The best approach is to forget it and be even "nicer" to the guy....
