每年两次交地税都什么时候？3月跟9月？

买房是告诉银行一年交两次地税。我记得是3月跟9月，怎么刚3月交完，今天又收到张地税单要6月交，怎么回事？

那天closing，那天开始算，过了2次billing period的话，下年跟你算，

不用担心，city一定不会少要一分钱。

我们9月的closing,然后转年3月份收到一张，就几百块钱的，好像就是个地的钱。然后9月底还是10月初的又收到一张还是两张（这个具体忘记了）是全年的地税加上前一年的那几个月的地税减去已经付了的那个地的钱。（具体几个月取决于你的closing date）

肯定合算的，但过不了多久city就会发现，帮你涨上去的。
