电费分时段收费取消了？

刚刚看到电费单上的通告，从五月一日起不在有不同时段的收费区别了，只有六百千瓦前后的区别。花那么多钱换新电表，又不用了？

不太明白。分什么 time of use rate and tiered rate. 可能我家还是用旧电表，所以还是用tiered rate. 刚刚般家，难道有可能还是旧电表吗？如果还是tiered rate, 我就没有必要等到周末洗衣服了啊。

I made the same mistake too when I read the bill. It could be a lot more clear for sure.

After a further look at my bill, I have it figured out.
What's list is not before and after price, but new prices for tiered customers (不同时段的收费) on the left, and non-tiered (first threshold of 600 kwh) on the right. It's about 2-3% increase for most people.
