第二，不要担心；
第三，好好想想把昨天的行程列出来，特别是下午的行程。不需要别人证明，只要证明你每天的行程（接孩子）说明你昨天下午那个时间不会经过出事地点就行了。
第四，三个司机看到你的车牌的可能性是零。有谁可以看到前面第二辆的车牌？

最后，出庭让警察说你怎么给套上的。

There must be someone who saw her plate, otherwise there is no way for the police to find out her address. This is self-proved, no need to argue.

我也不明白警察怎么找到我的。另外两个人是不可能记下我的车牌的，因为6月18日 6pm 之前我没在second line那路口出现过， 也就是说那天6pm前我没开车经过那里。



怎么罚单上是4：54，我想出事后到警察来该有一段时间。我不知道具体时间。



15年开车，除了有park ticket外，没其它的了。

你把昨天什么时间和3个witness通话，他们怎么说的都记下来。如果去法庭的话，坚持你6pm前没有在那个路口。know nothing about the accident。 但你不用反控警察lying或乱推理

6月18日6pm之前我没经过那个路口,没出现过. 6pm后出门经过了那里 , 是从second line 左拐上terryfox. 警察6:20pm出现在我家门口.

开一辆 Beige，4门的东方人，警察很容易从数据库里查到owner都有谁吧？再从附近路口或公司的摄像头里查到楼主的车当时在那块区域出现过，所以可能才认定了。倒霉的是，这还要影响保险。楼主赶紧找证人吧。看来买个车载记录仪越来越有必要了。

Even if somebody remembered your plate number, why they should provide it to police when there is an accident? There simply is no meaning to do that.

She will win in court anyway simply because the time police put is not accurate. But I think there must be a reason for police to link all these things together.

记得前些天，老闲说过（大意）：如果后面的车，因为避让前面突然换道的车，而撞到其他车辆（不是前面换道的车，前面换道的车没有被碰到），责任在后面的车。在那个case里，前面那个突然换道的车是老中。

在这个case里，警察charge了没有被碰到的车。

有. 因没教练电话,通知老公,DAUGHTER晚了很多,要他给教练打电话,是否可等会儿? 联系的结果是取消训练.

Even if somebody remembered your plate number, why they should provide it to police when there is an accident? There simply is no meaning to do that.

She will win in court anyway simply because the time police put is not accurate. But I think there must be a reason for police to link all these things together.

I do not know why people behave the ways they behave or police linked this accident to LZ.

But, it is very unlikely three drivers can remember the same car plate if a car is moving away. Most of all, those involved are busy wondering what's happening and cursing others.

今天发生了一奇怪的事， 我没有在事故发生地点而锝到警察的罚单。经过：6：20 PM， 警察在门口敲门，daughter开门（6 pm 我外出），警察告之你妈转入一起车事故@4：35 左右 pm，地点在 Terry fox drive and second line 交叉口，因左拐鲁莽导致第一司机紧急刹车，从而导致后面2车追尾。 daughter对警察说那时我妈出门接我妹。警察留下名片让我回话。我回家打电话给警察，她到我家给我一张罚单$110。我告诉她我没在场。她说有3个人（出事人）说是看见我的车牌号了。我要了事故报告，上面有那3个人的信息，我给第一当事人打电话，问他看到我车牌号没，他说没有，只看到是一浅色的车也不知道车型及厂家并说他是最易看到那个鲁莽的开车人，好像是东方人。紧急刹车的第一司机都说没看见我的牌号，警察凭什么说“有3个人（出事人）说是看见我的车牌号了”而给我开罚单？罚单上的时间是4：54pm，事实上，那段时间我车停在小区学校旁，我在车里看书等小DAUGHTER 到5：20 pm（daught with other school kids went to track and field whole day and bus sent them back to school late）。 （问题是我在这段时间没有力证人。这对上庭不利）。警察就凭我开一辆 Beige，4门的东方人并住附近就可断定我是那肇事人？她怎么推理的，也太差了。我当然不服，要上庭的，请大家帮忙出主意。谢谢！
