Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review project offering document;
• Oversee the project from start to finish as well as the operation for up to 5 years;
• Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking of team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project;
• Ensure that construction activities move according to a pre-determined schedule;
• Communicate effectively with all the related parties responsible for completing various phases of the project;
• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which includes developers, lawyers, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers;
• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams if needed;
• Review projects quarterly and annual reports;
• Travels may be required.

Requirement:

• University degree from reputable Canadian or US universities;
• 2-5 years experience in related field with previous project management experience and/or real estate experience;
• Accounting or finance background will be an asset;
• Language: fluent in both Chinese and English
