No.
But, actually, it's hard to answer this question, I haven't heard anymore one who did not get the degree, but you still need put some energy on study. you need to take many Management/MBA courses in order to complete your study, which will take more time to meet the requirements, the possitive way of thinking this is you pay less tuition but learn 90% of MBA knowledge...

"does it have a good career future?"
It depends on too many factors to find a related job, but , basically, it's hard unless you want to use this degree in China...

"Generally,how long will it take?"
I think from 2 terms to 5 terms depending on how many credits you take in a term, but I heard it's impossible to complete it in 2 terms(18 credits a term) according to some new regulations, I am not sure.( if you really want to do so, it will drive you crazy, too busy)
You also need to plan your schedule in dvance in order to take the necessary courses on time.
