Wing wireless sucks

In March, Wing says if transfer number from another company will get 100 credit; I transferred from Chatre; I waited until now, the company still does not apply the credit to me. I called many times, firstly, saying you have to use at least for 100 days; second time, saying the discount will show on July's bill.



I still have not received any credit back now; the customer service also is bad to customers. I switched to mobility city for promotion.



Even that, the company makes mistake charging me more about the balance and Wintab. I have to fight to make it correct!

不管一个月月租10块还是100块，客服全加拿大都一个G8样。没一个好东西。
wind就是图一便宜，但是除了市中心以外信号不好，随时无信号或者漫游。

AGREE。 以前用他们家上网服务， 说无限制流量， 结果到下半月就给你断网， 打客服人家非说我看你一切正常啊，打几十个电话能恢复，恢复了一天再断网。 客服基本靠撒谎。

赶紧取消算完。
