花园里水龙头出的水是温的,正常吗?

用后院里的水龙头浇菜地时发现水一直是温的，还不时出点儿比较热的水，好像这个龙头是离地下室热水TANK最近的一个，但也不应该一直出温水吧。前院从车库接的水没这个问题，其他水龙头也是顶多刚开的时候温度不对，哪位大侠知道是咋回事啊？
搬到这个全新的TOWNHOUSE 第二年了.第一年只浇草地,没去感觉水温因此没发现这个问题。

可能是管子里的水被晒热了。我家的经常发生。但放出一段水就凉了。

Not possible as garden taps do not link to water tank at all. They all directly connect to mulicipal water supply (after your main valve) before the water tank.

However, it is hard to imagine the tank can heat up the water by radiation as you can tell when touching the tank wall. Also, Municipal water system has about 35 psi which should be able to stop hot water back running from the tank.
