By the way, it seems Couche Tard is also starting gas stations. Also, the new Via Route on high way seems to be also new.

A well located gas station must be pretty nice ...

And another one is Shell and the other one Esso.

Right. This is the only small restaurant that is very consistent in quality. There is another one not far from it. You can tell the difference right away.



Keeping oily stuff from table cloth etc is the first big plus ...

Good for you. Petro Canada is now Suncor. Not sure if you feel any differences. To an infinite small degree, I have some ownership on your store. Of course, I am a frequent customer on the other hand.

Is gas station a good business ? In terms of return on capital ? The revenue tends to be large but not the margin. Not sure what is the trick besides location.

[小村故事]

....前两天说江南好吃的，后面呼啦啦排队无数。这两天说江南的卫生问题和不好吃的，后面又是呼啦啦。。。
到底该信谁？？
之前去过几次，觉得还行，那面条有点死，味道还行，就是汤料好像是加了十三香还是汤料包？每次去都能碰到熟人，都说好吃。可见好不好吃的，口味不同。但是卫生问题绝不姑息！
