compare 这个动词的逻辑主语是you，所以得用现在分词。正确表达是：
Comparing with your living standards when you were in China, do you think now they are: 1. better; 2.the same; 3. worse; 4. do not know.

如果一定要用过去分词，那么就不能用you作主句主语：
Compared with your living standards when you were in China, your living standards now became: 1. better; 2.the same; 3. worse; 4. do not know.

还有两个小毛病：1. standard应该用复数。2. do you think now you are应该是do you think now they are,因为改变的是你的liver standards，不是你
