请问委托书具体公证程序

请教办房产过户手续-委托书



本人已入加拿大国籍, 国内有点房产要出售，想委托亲戚代办，要出具委托书 委托人才能代替办房产过户手续. 听说委托书要公证后才生效，请问有谁知道具体公证程序, 委托书是英文还是中文? 是在中国住加拿大使馆公证还是在加拿大相关部门公证? 有谁知道细节请指教.

I had the same situation last year and asked the lawyer Edward to help me out. you can find his contact on CFC's yellow page. But any lawyer can help you, I would think. costed me about $150 last year at his place. Canada Dept of Foreign Affair is free. Chinese ambassy needs a few tens of dollars, ($30 or $50). good luck.

Just one copy 委托书 costs you $150? That's a lot.
