actually,u don't need to pay the fee for the UHIP directly to the international office,it should included in ur tuition fee.
for the homestay,u can get the info from the housing service in OU.

i don;t know this year, usually new students can only start taking courses from fall, maybe this year they have changed. if they did, you need to select your courses first and pay for tuition, that would also include your incidencial fees.

last Tuesday, hm, usually take them more than a week to process you file. make a phone call, that is waht i did when i applied university, ask them if they have received the paper or not. ask them what you should do next.
