到底是什么原因造成房市如此不景气？

qe3是美国的，主要买mortgage backed security，对美国房市是极大利好，至少是不会跌的。



加拿大是不会跟进的，政府更希望房市冷却。



限制移民，收紧房贷都是极大利空，cfc房奴一定要未雨绸缪，做好暴跌的思想准备。



房市比较好的走势就是稳住，不大跌。过几年再等待新的契机。



还在做梦飙升的，可以洗洗睡了。



不要说这里房子便宜，不要忘了这里穷人多，没有外来移民买，还涨个p。



况且本地人很多对过热的房市怨声载道。



所以有房的中国人，请低调点，乖乖做房奴就好了。

600K以上的房子跌个20%都不多吧？有多少人能住的爽呢？

今年确实从4月就感到房子不好卖了，价钱开不高，买主也少，3月还很俏。最近几个月不清楚，好像Orleans不那么热。

i dont think so. many immigrants learn French in order to qualify themselves for QC skilled worker category. however, many leave QC right after they land. high unemployment rate has been on the QC side, so the housing price has a dim perspective
