Gas Stove

We would like to replace our stove. Our present one worth ~$1,000 so we would like to sell it. However, our concern is we do not want strangers, by putting an ad in Kijiji, to come IN to our house to make sure the stove is still working. Does anyone know any stores buy/sell used appliances? Thank you.

so my suggestion is: use a separate gas source from a gas tank. LZ can put the oven in the garage, and use the gas tank to check the oven for the potential buyers.
