电炉还是气炉



我已经纠结很久了，到底是要气的还是电的？好像各有利弊的，但是还是想听听大伙的意见，谢谢

If u have young babies, use electrical one with control panel at the back. If not, use gas. Gas is better to cook.

Things that against gas stove is safty. I don't think the risk is very high but there are still something. And I don't think gas stove is a selling point. Most canadian homes are using electric, that is what they grow up with.
Gas stove does give more and almost instant heat, It is good for stir fry.
For me after using electric stove for some many years, I already get used to. And already find way to adopt it for fast stir fry, So I don't plan to switch anytime soon.

最后还是要了电的，因为SLIDE-IN的按钮都在前面，宝宝虽然才21个月，可是早就会踩着椅子，拿着锅铲在锅里翻来翻去了，估计会开关也就是迟早的事，还是满担心的。唉，我的小炒肉，红油爆肚都离我越来越远了，人生啊，现实和理想的距离咋就那么遥远泥

小宝宝是可以教育滴!!! 再说他不会总在家里呆着吧, 很快就去托儿所/上学啦!
有种高级的气炉子有child lock, 不过我买不起, 蓝星的没锁. 我们小时候在国内, 不都是很早就会用气炉了吗? 没啥好怕的.

There are still way to do it. Buy a heavy cast iron fry pan. Heat it up for long time till it smoking. Do stir fry on it. Because the heavy metal stored lot of heat. It stir fry just as good as gas stove.
