你家 LD 可能已经知道了:
1。Postassium Sorbat 仅用于加了 wine conditioner(=为酒添加甜味的糖浆)。酒不加甜,可以不用 Sorbat。
2。There are 2 ways to degass, actually 3, hehe!
a. Stir in circles, last single stroke goes reverse direction, CO2 come out easier.
b. Simply back and forth motions (sideway is the same), simple straight line. I use this one. Same effect, if not better, as circular motion but easier on the shoulder.
c. Buy a FIZZ-X DEGASSING ROD or simular apparatus, attach to electric drill for degass.
Before u end your "wine making season" (mine is winter, friend who has house do it in fall - warm enough to make wine with "open air", not to leave any smell inside house), u may want to do a batch of fresh grapes/frozen grapes juice. Juice does give a nice distinctive grapy taste to wine, which doesn't exist in kit.
