[FONT=仿宋体]今天跟一个老外朋友聊天，他说当年建Armstrong-Stranherd大桥的公司（ConCreate USL Ltd.）破产，subcontractor都没收到钱，那公司board的几个人又成立了另一家公司（[FONT=tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif]Horseshoe Hill Construction Inc[/FONT]）接手重建这座桥。

注意，这里说的是“a new company reportedly made up of senior members from the bankrupt firm”，不是owners。

这就法制的好处。
