父母移民指纹

移民局在收到父母移民的体检报告后，又发信要母亲的指纹。我已联系了OTTAWA 的一个公司，但是他要母亲再提供一份除护照外的第二个身份证明。不知道是否有村民办过这个。有办过的人说用钓鱼证，但现在估计已经办不了，快入冬了。妈妈明天到OTTAWA，还有二十天时间递交指纹。求建议。

Fishing license (Ontario Outdoors Card) takes a while to be mailed out too.

What about your mom's temporary residence visa? Does that count?

I think it is part of the passport, they would not treat it as secondary ID.

How can it be?
Passport is issued by Chinese government.
The visa is issued by Canadian government.
Oh well...

Do try credit card if that's acceptable. They usually process pretty quickly.
