UFO: Ottawa witness can't explain Sighting
A witness has reported UFO activity in Ottawa, Canada on the 21st of October, 2012 at 10:30 PM. This report has been obtained from a testimony included in the database of Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), as filed on 26th of October 2012.
The witness, who is a security guard, describes what he was doing during the alleged sighting.
“I'm a security guard and work the night shift. On my way to work travelling southbound on the Champlain bridge Ottawa Ontario I noticed something strange out of the corner of my eye.”
He also describes how the UFO was moving and what he thought of it at first.
“A bright object in the sky moving erratically in no general pattern. At first I thought of spot lights or someone shining a flashlight. Although these could be possibilities, I do not believe them to be the truth.”
The gentleman also mentions how it looked and what it was exactly doing, i.e. its movements.
“The light i saw looked like a typical flying saucer except upside down. I didn't realize this until I started sketching diagrams of what i saw. This light appeared to keep a steady altitude in the low lying clouds that were starting to cover the west end of Ottawa travelling east. It was almost like the object was using the low lying clouds as cover to remain undetected.”
He further goes on to describe how he came across this object. He also mentions the speed of the UFO and the duration for which he could see it.
“It moved quite quick then slowed down then changed pattern and continued this for approximately 20 minutes. I then arrived at work and was unable to continue my investigation. “
The witness mentions what he did after the sighting was over and how he could not explain what he saw, scientifically.
“It was very odd. I keep an open mind, but i do believe science can explain almost everything. It takes a lot to convince me that something strange is happening. This "UFO" was indeed an occurrence that I can't explain.”

This is not the first instance of a UFO sighting in Canada, in the past few months. There have been reports of UFO activities in Niagara Falls and in Lake Ontario, in Sothern Ontario.
If we check the reports posted on MUFON and various videos posted on sites like YouTube, we can see people belong to different spectrum of life experience on UFO sightings. Most of these people, who are skeptics, cannot explain these sightings. In spite of the fact that science has been able to explore many mysterious of the universe, scientists are not revealing for certain if intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe.

Mysterious UFO Crashes Into the Ottawa River Monday Night

Dozens of residents of Canada’s capital city, Ottawa Ontario and nearby Gatineau, Que., witnessed an object streak across the night sky at about 10pm local time Monday night and crash into the Ottawa River with a “thunderous boom.”
The object had lights on it and appeared to change course several times, like a small plane struggling to stay airborn, before it hit the water.
It was such a sight that emergency rescue and search crews in the area sprung into action and began searching the area using sophisticated sonars and underwater cameras to try and figure out what the object was. Even helicopters from the Canadian Forces Base (CFB) in nearby Trenton took part. On Tuesday at 1:30pm, they discovered an object about 9 meters (30 feet) below the surface, but because of currents and nearby rapids, sending divers down would be extremely dangerous since they would be instantly swept away by the currents.
The mystery? Authorities and residents have no idea what this object laying at the bottom of the river is. There are no planes missing from the area, no other aircraft like helicopters, etc. are missing. There is no derbis, no oil slick and even space agencies that were contacted said nothing disappeared from orbit.
On Tuesday afternoon, Ottawa police Const. Alain Boucher said of the object they found on the riverbed:
“The size and the shape doesn’t lead us to believe it’s any piece of an airplane or fuselage or anything like that. It could be a rock, it could be a bunch of logs stuck together, it’s hard to say. No one has come forward with any kind of videos or anything like that at this time. None of the people actually reported seeing a plane go down at the same time.”
But the fact still remains – something fell into the Ottawa River Monday night that prompted a massive co-ordinated search by local authorities and the Canadian Military. They found an object below the surface and don’t know exactly what it is.
It truly is a UFO mystery at this point.
