房事止爹回稳了?

地产局报告的平均价格没有跌,但是交易量连续很多月一直在减少,不论与去年同期比,还是相邻月份比,都是一路下跌。经纪能查过往纪录的,应该能看出来。

平均价格没有跌,那不就是说还在不停向上长吗,怎么就回稳了。一句话相信组织相信党。

My friends house sold couple of days ago with a reasonable price and 2 offers, it stayed on the market for last 2 months.

Ottawa has solid market, the buyers are there, it is smart to be action at this time of the year. Next year, will be a jump to buy back all the decline in last two years that agents and builder told me. 2008, It was told by the same thing, a big jump on 2009, do you think 2008 was worse than 2012? I see everybody has the jobs.
 
我是实事求是,说现状没有任何预测的。
上次说的就是MINTO,业绩是相当的不乐观。要是正赶上自身扩张期,收不住,市场观望期在长点就麻烦了。
 
看来房价又大涨了,

下面这套房子十年没有UPDATE,ASKING45万多,地下室完成, 不到2400尺,没感觉BARRHAVEN房价爹了.感觉比去年还要贵.



大家给估估价, 合理价格.谢谢.











您老人家可是一向看跌的,现在都认为要止跌了,看来是没什么跌头了。
