I started to look for the family doctor, and filled out several forms.
I found the first one in Match. I got another phone call in June, the second clinic is close to my home, I decided to switch to her.
before I had an appointment with second one, My first one called me got back to her clinic and review the blood test result.
At the time I met the second one, I told her, my first family doctor called me, but I will switch to second one, since first one is too far from my home and hard to make an appointment with first one.
after I told my first one I would stop meeting with her and switch to another family doctor, she agreed. Yesterday I went to see my second family doctor, she rejected me and said that " she is last time to accept me and go back to first one." I told her, first codtor has agreed that I will switch to another one, my second doctor did not change her mind.
do I have right to select doctor? where i can make a complains? if I complain to clinic staff, do they listen to me?
