我家在UNIVERSAL APPLIANCE买的一个意大利的抽油烟机，我觉得还不错，也好清洗。。

KANATA的房价太离谱了，我正在考虑是不是给父母买那片儿的房子呢，我爸说了就想住周围邻居华人多的地方，又要离我近点儿。。想来只有LAKES 和北边儿了。LAKES贵成那样儿了，我还是去MORGANS＇GRANT或者对面那片儿吧。

See attached picture...the house sits at lot #125...the site map uses meter instead of foot as the unit..

I don't understand why they put front as 40.1'. Based on the site map, it is less than 27'...maybe they include the curve length?.....

btw, this is one of the best lots in Kanata Estates/Kizell Pond area..the current listing price is a deal...

这家不是已经卖了吗? 难道没卖成?

这家的厨房真有意思! 并排放了两个18cft的普通冰箱, 门把手还是同一边的. 买个伊莱克斯的Twins, 花不了很多钱, 效果明显会不同. 抽油烟机是烟囱式还是柜下式, 看个人喜欢, 但这家这个也太cheap了. 估计不是华人家庭, 一般华人搬进去第一件事就是换抽油烟机.

刚开始看到照片，还以为是广角镜拉的太厉害了，把一个拉成了两:blowzy:
