不是rogers, 就是bell的线路。有区别？

当然有，我以前用过两小公司的网，一个是租 rogers 的，另一个是租 Bell 的。都不稳定。广告上说 6 MB下载，一到高峰时连 google 网页都打不开。

现在用 BELL 的一年多，没出现过 rush hour. 就是太贵。是小公司的3倍价。所以想换。
