how much you want to pay? My friend have a large room in a NEW big house to rent. $380/month. definitely with parking priority. If your car is new car, you can park it in a garage.

renting is toooooooo expensive for me...and not deserved...

Yes. It's a 2 story single home (2700 square feet). 2.5 bathroom, so possibly you can have a separate bathroom. You will share it with a couple and a teenage boy. The bedroom is in the second floor. Share huge kitch.
It's in a very quiet residental area, close to Wal-Mart, Loblaws, Banks. Located in somewhere nearby Greenbank & Fallowfield (Barheaven area). If you are interested, I can pass the phone number to you.
