村長, Thank you for asking. No progress yet. I did not check "Delete Browsing History on exit". I do not use Firefox, I use IE 9 with Windows 7.

Thank you everyone. I have installed Chrome but mostly use IE. I will try Chrome and see what happened.

I use Chrome and it works! However, it still puzzled me why IE 9 does not work as it used to me.
