Stupid! That is why PC won't get on power. It is not opposition's job to cut any program. They cold just attack government on the program not good enough, insufficient, or waste tax-dollars in the parliament. Cut this program? They are losing voters in next election. Opposition should just give promise and promise to get on power. When they are on power, cut anything they think need to cut. That is politics. BTW, I am not Conservative's fun anyway.

这个应该算是供需问题吧：

day care 因为招不满人，所以愿意开车去学校接；要是也有个长长的 waiting list, 它是不会去接的！

另外，村里还有专门的 VAN 服务，帮助接孩子送孩子，交钱就行
