但是评论都是基由在事实上而产生的我本人的看法。
即便是没有我的评论,买主去看房,是不是对着马路,总会被看见的。介意这一点的人依然会介意,不介意这点的人我再说也没用。你说是不是?

老成,看了mike的帖子吗,这房子就涨了8-9万,这么多年,假如还有upgrade的话,估计还不到这个数,杀价要适可而止。人卖家是负担agent fee的:D
