哪位申请过SK cross boundaries转学并被approved？
Ottawa-Carleton District School Board的。
我的designated school 是half day的SK, 想转到full day的SK，教育局的网站的parent guide 说不能转：
During the phased implementation of Full-Day Early Learning Kindergarten,
student transfers for Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten shall not be
allowed into schools where the new program has been established, unless the
transfer is from one Full-Day Early Learning Kindergarten site to another.
不过我们还是想试一下，虽然成功希望不大，有朋友说转学的appication是否approve是case by case的
我们的理由是
新区，学校over Crowded. 根本找不到合适的before/after school care，学校内的after school care waiting time是5年
