这套townhouse，挂出来不到3周吧，grapevine就卖掉了

no，这是最大的townhouse，有双车库的那种，endunit，当时价格是32万左右

你说27万，那是最便宜的eaton model，居中的那套，现在大概卖31-32，我以前post过，一个老人10月份在卖，后来花了1个月卖掉，她急于搬家，最后全部算好还亏了6000.大概房子住了1年吧。

你再仔细看看，我看图片跟floorplan没看出来是双车位的townhouse。

in-ceiling speakers are just eye candy which I can get that done as well.
I don't have gas fireplaces on main floor.
Oh well, I have gas fireplaces at finished basement and the finished area is slightly bigger than his(about 100sqft).

这车库不可能能停两辆车，我家那个10x19-6，他这个13x20，他应该是说前面能停两辆车的driveway。
