小妹欲移加后申请读EE或ECE的 Master。小女子才智愚钝，本科平均分低（70-72），T刚过600，G1860，只有一般的项目获奖，没有牛论文。欲移民后申请一般学校，（McMaster、U of Waterloo等名校做梦都不敢想）哪位前辈知道，这样的本科平均分和条件申请会有戏吗，是不是录取委员会一看GPA，就会被淘汰？他们是什么样的游戏规则？

the problem is she has husband in china. u can see from his sentence,she is a little woman, not a girl. so the rabbit 's idea is not so fit for her.

In general, most canadian universities ask for an undergraduate GPA > b+ or 78%.
However, if some professor wants to recruit you, nothing is important. But
if you wanna make a fake transcript, you take the risk for yourself.
