请教关于post offce的赔偿问题！！！！！

之所以纠结就是因为想不通：我们寄东西，邮局出现意外没有按时送达，理应退回邮费道歉。保险是遗失，不是破损的保险；我们的东西就这么没有了，邮局还理直气壮不赔说不知道什么原因破损的。明显不讲道理吧！

真的丢了，我也没有办法，只能认倒霉了，邮局赔多少就是多少了，谁也没有先见之明提前拍照存档准备打官司用。他们明明有信给我，明确表示按照加拿大邮政法退回并且赔偿，后来也没有解释和否认那封信，更没有新的解释给我说前几封信的失误和误判，说不退了，只赔邮费和保险。我的东西就理所应该的没了，而且还不让问原因。

大家说说，公平吗？想起来就怄气。

照片上显示的就是一个大拇指大小的小洞，是渗漏，里面有蛋白粉。里面别的东西应该都在的，别的东西都大过那个小洞，按道理不会丢掉的。我朋友当时拒收签字时理由就是渗漏。这个有中国邮政的底单可查，所以才能退回加拿大，中国邮局当时用一个大塑料袋包起来用胶带封好，就说是要退回的。

这件没有打开检查，邮政的包裹，中国海关觉得可疑才打开检查的。我通过邮政邮寄的东西都没有碰到打开检查过。在TORONTO通过私人快递公司（新干线）打开检查过两次，而且时间还耽误了近两周。

问题就出在这哥们儿身上。什么破损啊，海关不开包检查么？
