My Camry 07 got a 3 inch scratch (showing the black base material) on the rear bumper (passenger side o) last night at Superstore's parking lot. I do not want to make a claim for this because I do not know who did it. If I repair the paint myself, will it be ugly or I should send it to a shop to do it?

Filler Primer + sand papers + duplicolor paint.

I checked the paint which is a spry. Is it possible to apply the paint without sprying a large area? Thanks

Budget Rent a Car's Vancouver-area operations are facing increased scrutiny as B.C. Attorney General Shirley Bond confirms provincial agencies are investigating allegations of fraud at several locations.

CBC News has spoken with Budget customers and former employees who accuse the company of grossly overcharging customers for minor repairs that sometimes aren’t even done.

"There will be a fair process to look at whether the allegations are true or not," Bond said.

"It is being taken very seriously and I don’t accept the fact that consumers should be treated inappropriately in this province and I expect the processes to be rigorous and examine the allegations."

我这个就是，信誉卡的保险公司不说二话就赔钱。每次租车一天省二十几逗乐。缺点就是没有第三方责任险，开车必须特小心。
我这个信誉卡年费$120。租车早省回来了，再加上这次损坏车辆赔付，为我省太多了。

我在网上搜了一下， 好像出租公司应给提供第三方责任险。 但不是很确定。 这个是比 lost and damage 更重要的。 如果撞了人又没保险， 肯定得破产。有谁知道比较确定的答案吗？

第三方责任险管理比较乱。加拿大的公司因该有，美国的各个州都不一样。
