Just show him the estimation and ask him to pay for that. I feel you may be able to get it fixed at a lower price from other garage.

租车费和误工费， 具体要多少因人而定。最好跟对方解释一下， 如果不愿意就报保险走好了。

一般是按车行评估价要钱，如果修车期间无车使用，可另外要求付出租车钱，没有听说付误工
如果对方要求找便宜车行修， 你可以不同意， 你的车在哪里修是你说了算，保险公司修车也要你同意在哪里修的
