请教：私人买卖地产之间有什么正规的offer document吗

买卖双方现在都有诚意，咋个办才是legal的？

在安省找律师，在魁省找notary就可以了。买卖双方签个协议，加上卖方的税单之类的，都交给律师或notary，他就会帮你办理了。

We just bought house by private sale.

1) Buyer's lawyer prepare agreement of purchase and sale.
2) Both buyer and seller sign the agreement and buyer pay deposit.
3) House inspect and Mortgage approve(if need).
4) Waive the condition(if need).
5) Waiting for closing(Can review the house twice).
