May I ask you some question bofore I make decision?:

1. How many minutes it will take from your house to Univ. of Quebec en Outaouasi in Hull (J8X 3X7) by foot? Any bus to there?
2. I need phone,internet,cable TV, all together around how much per month?
3. If it's ok, can I move in aruond August 15th?

八月一号起
诚找室友一名。
要求好相处，安静，干净，NON-SMOKING,不带朋友来。
最好能长期居住。

费用：
一个房间(bedroom明亮,朝南) ：10多平米（暂定270每月只含水暖）长住能降价。
SHARE 电费（必须），电话费（OPTIONAL），INTENET（OPTIONAL），CABLE TV （OPTIONAL）。

共用大厨房，大厅(15-16平米)和浴室。

现住OU男生两名。
地点：Eddy 95, Hull（离桥近）慢走5-7分钟可到如下车站。
附近有OC车8/105/180/88/40/27
STO车1/5/21/27/33/35/37/39/42/43/44/52/。。。

要到CU、 OU、市中心和唐人街等地都很方便，房子很干净。

楼下有便利店，包括有二手家具店和洗衣房。下楼40米远就有一个tiger店，购物方便!

如果你有住过在HULL其它房间的经验，而又没有车的话，这个房间和地理位置可能就更适合你。
