中国护照，有枫叶卡和美国签证，去墨西哥和多米尼加是不是不需要签证？

Not 落地签, get a tourism card on the flight and hand it to the immigration there, that's it.

就是这样，飞机上空嫂空叔会发的，不管加拿大护照还是中国护照，都一样填一个tourism card，下飞机排队时交掉就行。填的时候要小心不要有错误，不能改的，重填一张要交钱滴！
